Q. Do I need a plumber to install my fireplace, stove or gas logs?
A. Yes, Bay Stoves does not work directly with gas lines.  If gas is already at the home, installation is done by Bay Stoves but hooking up the unit to the gas must be completed by a licensed plumber.  If no gas line is present then a gas company or licensed plumber must first install the gas and run the lines.

Q. Do you offer cleanings?
A . Yes, We clean gas, pellet and wood fireplaces, stoves and chimneys.

Q. How often do I need to have my fireplace cleaned?
A. It is recommended that you have your fireplace cleaned yearly.  The best time to do this is during the summer months, before the cold weather sets in.
